1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Continental Cleaning's services and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Continental Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including:

  • USP 797/800 Cleanroom Cleaning
  • Healthcare Facility Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Construction Cleanup
  • Emergency Decontamination Services

Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to assessment and mutual agreement.

3. Service Agreements

  • All cleaning services require a signed service agreement or work order
  • Pricing is provided via written quote and is valid for 30 days
  • Emergency services may be subject to additional fees
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe access to facilities during scheduled service times
  • Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions
  • Ensure appropriate personnel are available for facility access
  • Maintain current contact information

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Accepted payment methods: Check, ACH, Credit Card
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
  • Services may be suspended for accounts over 60 days past due

6. Liability & Insurance

  • Continental Cleaning maintains comprehensive general liability insurance
  • We are bonded and insured for commercial and healthcare facility work
  • Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Facility layouts and security protocols
  • Patient and employee information
  • Proprietary business information
  • Compliance documentation

8. Compliance & Certifications

Our services are designed to support compliance with:

  • USP Chapter 797 and 800
  • Joint Commission standards
  • Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations
  • OSHA safety requirements

We do not guarantee regulatory approval or certification outcomes.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice
  • Continental Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service
  • Termination does not affect obligations for services already rendered

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
