Uptime doesn’t survive
dust.
Data center cleaning for mission critical environments \u2014 ISO 14644-1 Class 8 certified across Core & Shell, Powered Base Building, Tenant Fit-Out, live white space, and decommissioning turnover. Performed to ASHRAE TC 9.9 and ISA-71.04 G1 targets under NFPA 70E electrical-safety discipline.
Dust is a downtime risk.
Airborne particulate, construction dust, and corrosive gases degrade server reliability, clog cooling, and threaten uptime SLAs. Contamination embedded during construction becomes exponentially more expensive to remove once a hall is live — which is why hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise operators specify certified critical-environment cleaning at every phase.

Core & Shell Construction Cleaning
Progressive construction cleaning of the structural shell, envelope, and base-building core — establishing the clean foundation every later phase depends on.
- Bulk debris & construction dust removal (HEPA-filtered equipment only)
- OSHA-compliant silica (RCS) dust control
- Trade-transition cleaning coordinated with your GC schedule
- Baseline particle surveys to document progress

Powered Base Building (PBB) Cleaning
Once the shell is enclosed and energized, cleaning transitions to precision methods that protect newly installed electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
- NFPA 70E electrical-safety discipline around energized gear
- Low-moisture, HEPA-vacuum methods — exterior finishes only
- Raised-floor, plenum & overhead infrastructure cleaning
- Particle trending toward the ISO Class 8 target
Certified. Maintained. Turned over clean.

Tenant Fit-Out & ISO Class 8 Certification
The most exacting phase: a top-down precision deep clean of the white space culminating in verified ISO 14644-1 Class 8 certification before IT move-in.
- Gowned, ESD-safe final cleaning
- Calibrated particle-count certification
- CxA-ready documentation package
- Equipment move-in support

Routine White Space Cleaning (Live Halls)
Recurring programs that sustain your certified environment for the life of the facility — with zero operational impact as deliverable #1.
- MOP / change-management compliant
- Daily to annual deep-clean programs
- ISO 14644-2 monitoring & trend reports
- Colocation & multi-tenant experience

Decommissioning & Turnover Cleaning
Cleaning support through IT equipment removal — protecting live zones, controlling debris, and delivering a documented, turnover-ready space.
- Containment between live & removal zones
- Strict data-security boundary for IT assets
- Closing particle survey & turnover package
- Landlord / next-tenant ready
We clean to the standard. Every time.
Every scope is executed to the most stringent applicable requirement of the governing standards your engineers, commissioning agents, and insurers already specify.
The safest crews in mission critical.
Industry-Leading Safety Record
Safety is our first deliverable on every site. Our record is the best in the industry — and on a mission critical project, the safest contractor is the lowest-risk contractor.
Documented, Auditable Delivery
Every engagement closes with a field-completed acceptance package — checklists, calibrated particle-count data, and photo logs — ready for your CxA, GC, or owner’s rep.
Trained Critical-Environment Technicians
Crews trained on ESD control, NFPA 70E awareness, gowning discipline, and live-hall protocols — the same contamination-control culture behind our USP 797/800 cleanroom work.
Every Facility Type & Design
Hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise. Raised floor or slab, hot/cold-aisle containment or in-row cooling — our procedures adapt to every common design variant.

Common questions.
ISO Class 8 refers to an air-cleanliness classification defined in ISO 14644-1. In a data hall, achieving and maintaining Class 8 means airborne particulate is controlled to a level that protects sensitive electronics, cooling systems, and long-term uptime. Our fit-out cleans culminate in a calibrated particle-count survey that verifies the environment against the standard.
